After the hunt, the kitchen of Ristorante Salice Blu in Bellagio opens for you and you will learn how wash and preserve truffles and mushrooms and of course how to cook them or try to make a pasta in hands-on cooking short time (Avalaible to perchause separate)

Then Chef Luigi Gandola personally cooks for you a starter  a truffle with zucchini flowers risotto in combination with home made pappardelle and an amazing local dessert, all served with local (Italian) wine, if is a sunny day you can enjoy your lunch and relax in our terrace on Salice Blu
